I checked in at 4:30pm on 5/3/22 due to a tornado warning. The lady at the front desk informed me the room, pet fee of $75, and AAA discount would be $165.00 for one night. I agreed to pay this amount and she charged my card. The tornado warning lifted and I had to leave for home one hour after checking in, leaving my room keys by the TV. I informed a male desk employee who said that was no problem. At 3am the hotel charged my card an additional amount of $53.46. I called and was told they didn’t know why, and a manager would return my call. I called again the next day and a different lady told me it was a pet fee. I said no, I agreed to $165.00 total including a $75 pet fee as part of the $165, and had literally only been in the room one hour. She told me a manager would call but he never did. Today my Discover card was charged $218.63 by the hotel. They charge people beyond the agreed on amount 👎

I came in here about a week or so ago to ask about making a reservation. The first thing I noticed was that the lobby smells strongly of sewage. Secondly, I noticed that the desk is constantly left unattended. The staff is not not very attentive. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, I was confronted with a staff member with very poor customer service. I would NOT recommend staying here.

I walked in to a few hotels in the area to book a small Bday party for my 12 year old. The front desk man booked me for 2 weeks out. I walked in to explain it was a party in the pool, but only 3 people will stay. I said I would like to blow dry the girls hair before they went home. He said he would get me a first floor room if I called the morning of.... The day we checked in and started the party. The manager was watching on the camera, made us move our cookies and brownies. Then he made us move stuff a second time. Then he literally kicked us all out of the pool. Saying I had 20 kids. There were 9 and they were all well behaved. I wish I would have been told when I walked in to book, that we could not be in the pool. I was yelled at by the manager saying we were told the rules. A true, flat out Lie!!! The manager was the rudest person ever. He should go back to skate boards and leave management to an adult

A pretty decent hotel. It was mostly clean and newer looking. The bed was pretty comfortable. The only complaints I have are about the bathroom. The toilet had brown stains in the bowl. The sink was design was in the top 5 worst I've ever seen, with the tap in the corner of a rectangular sink. The sink is also dirty under it's rim. You can see it while sitting on the toilet. The shower kept changing from cold to scalding and back so I had to keep adjusting it.
