We got a large carry out order & 3 out of 5 of us were not happy w/the food. One person threw hers in the trash & didn't eat ANY of it. She said it was horrible. I ate the orange chicken only. Broccoli had NO TASTE whatsoever & the lo mein noodles were just PLAIN noodles in a container! They were absolutely gross & sticky w/no sauce, seasoning or flavor at all. I called to speak to the Manager & he got on the phone & immediately started yelling at me that "all Chinese Restaurants are different" and he "can't help it if we didn't like the food" and there would be "nothing he will do for us." YELLING at me!! I will NEVER give them another dollar.

The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant me and my fiance went to China cottage on Springboro pike for date night was told they had good food and service we walked in and was told to leave because my shirt didn't have any sleeves I ask the woman I said ARE YOU SERIOUS? she said your not being served here you don't have sleeves I tried to respond and she said leave sir after I saw another man seated with a similar shirt on seated and eating never going back to this location hopefully I can find another location where I can be treated like a paying customer worst experience ever

They use the highest quality ingredients and portions are generous. The kitchen prepares delicious food and every glass/ plate/ piece of silverware is polished. Everything is clean, upscale casual and comfortable. Kids are welcome. Get Sizzling Rice Soup and Potstickers. Both are the best appetizers I've ever eaten. I've enjoyed every one of the dozen entrees I've ordered. Our server tonight, Ashley, was perfect. She's the best we've had the pleasure of meeting in many years.
