There is no management managing this store. Go to another edible arrangements store, NOT THIS STORE. 1.) The recorded message says one set of store hours, the physical store front has a different set of posted hours, and the employees say a different set of hours. They don't even know what days the store is open or closed. 2.) I placed an order 3 days prior and specifically asked would they be open on Monday and would they be open at 9 a.m. and two employees said yes. I proceeded to pay for the >$100 arrangement. My reciept says pick up at 9 a.m. and the day is Monday. You would think that two people confirming, the front door confirming, the voice recording confirming, and the reciept confirming that the store would be open for pick up would be enough. No one is managing this store. 3.) I attempted to pick up the arrangement in the morning and no one is there. I called for the next 3 hours. There is no voice mail option. You call, and if no one is there you will wait listening to music forever. Who is managing and allowing this? 4.) I get a call at 8pm. Turns out the guy I am talking to is the one that took my order. He says, "I'm sorry no one told us that there was an order for this morning." Apparently when he took my order and asked the others about if they would be open, he didn't think that he needed to tell himself that there is an order. Or that the employees looking at the next days orders, needed to actually look at the next days orders and do something, or do the simple thing like call me and say...whoops sorry we are closed that day. Who's managing this store. This store has demonstrated that it is a complete failure in many ways from the cascading failures from store hours, to taking orders, to calling back, to employees who don't know how to communicate with each other, to order takers that don't know what it means to take an order, to a purchase system that is a black hole. Looking at the previous reviews of this store, its franchise owner either needs to fire all its employees, fire its manager, or if that doesn't happen, close the store. This store will continue to deliver disappointment and angry customers.

My husband sent me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. They were green and not ripe. I called to speak with the manager and she said this was a known issue and they have a shortage of strawberries & there was nothing she could do about it. No one informed my husband that they had a shortage of shortage of strawberries & the best they had were half green. So they had a known problem, did nothing to warn customers or offer an alternative, & when confronted about it said too bad.

Tried to place a simple order but they can not fulfill the order because of the high volume orders for Valentine’s Day. It would be helpful if you told me this in the beginning of my order. Will never shop here again. Thanks for nothing. Guess I’m going to learn how to dip fruit in chocolate because the speciality store can’t do that this week.

I ordered my arrangement a few weeks ago from the springboro location. I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome, and definitely will be ordering more! Cindy was so helpful due to it being my first time ordering.
