You can tell they've done the research on the products they recommend, and they definitely care about the customers. Plus, they have the best selection of raw/fresh pet foods in the area. Good selection of healthy treats and Chews for my dogs. They love the mix and match bulk biscuits! Employees are helpful and knowledgeable, but don't hover over you or pressure you to make a purchase just for a sale. Been my go to place since PV closed down the street

Wow, excellent customer service! I was greeted at the door, the young lady told me her name, asked if I had any questions, and helped me find what I was looking for. Found a wonderful American made dog food with great ingredients. She was friendly and welcoming and even offered to carry my dog food out to the car. Im 36 and in good health so I could not let her do that, but wow!! How refreshing to be treated as an important customer. I will be back! A lot!
