Do not move in here. They charge way too much for what you get and it’s EXTREMELY poorly managed. if you have maintenance come and fix anything they will complain and also leave a mess for you to clean up. Very poor communication. I don’t have any positives about living here. They also failed to inform us that motorcycles are not allowed forcing us to have to rent a garage. Our lease was not even ready the day of move in and the carpet was still wet from “cleaning” the DAY we were scheduled to move in. They have no organization and do not care about any complaints that you may have to make regarding neighbors or any other issues. Save your money and seriously don’t live here.

The townhome we live in has a great layout! We love the 2.5 bathrooms and all the nice closet space on both floors. The laundry room is also very convenient with the extra storage space it provides. The water pressure is wonderful, the carpets are clean, and the natural lighting from the windows in each room is a bonus. Great location off the highway and near all of the good restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc. The neighborhood is friendly and never too noisy, and the front desk and maintenance staff members are always so kind and helpful! Highly recommend this place.

I moved to meadow view back in 2018. I can honestly say that I have never lived in a better apartment complex. All my needs and requests are always handled in a timely and respectful manner. Management is friendly and helpful! The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and I never have to wait or ask twice for maintenance work to be done. The grounds are kept clean and always landscaped beautifully. I feel safe living here and all my neighbors have been very friendly! I would 100% recommend this place to live!

I have never lived in a better apartment complex. Shoshana is extremely helpful and understanding in every situation. The apartments are very well maintained and if you ever have an issue maintenance is there the same day. I would recommend this complex to anyone!
