I applied yesterday through the website. The website was confusing but I figured it out. Got a call today asking me a few questions to verify that I needed the assistance I was asking for. After verification they called me back( within 1/2 hour ) and told me to pick up my EBT card and that it would be ready for use tomorrow. I saw a lot of negative reviews from other people but this is the first time I've needed any type of assistance and it was very streamlined and smooth.

I recommend calling the office.
They don't communicate that way. You may try online search for Pa Dept if Human Services which is over them.
