I’ve used this car wash for a long time. I actually stopped coming due to staffing shortage and poor maintenance on facilities. I went by this Saturday and was astounded. Car wash was great, the vacuums were like different machines, the attendant Jerry was keeping the facility clean, empty trashes. I was taking quite a long time vacuuming all the dog hair and kid crumbs and he came by to make sure the vacuum was working well. It’s obvious management has changed or is putting a major effort in incentivizing good employee’s. So happy my local car wash is back up and running like it use to be. Thanks!!!

Now that they've changed their payment system to cards that must be ordered online, I'll be looking for a more efficient car wash. It took nearly two weeks for the card to arrive after my first order. A waste of time and postage. Two months ago my cars right side panels got scratched when one of their machines malfunctioned after the cars ahead of me slipped off the track. When I complained they denied any responsibility.

I’ve always like this car wash a lot—quick, complimentary vacuums, and have never had any damage to my vehicle. Since I like it so much, I always drive 20 min up from Portland. However, the last four times I’ve gone, absolutely no one is there during normal business hours. I’m not going extremely early or late in the day—usually mid-afternoon. Unfortunately I usually buy four washes in advance for a discount, but it looks like I have no way of using the last two washes. I’ll have to find another place.

An employee snapped off my Mercedes hood emblem and then gave me a piece of paper and asked for the make and model of the car and a name and phone number. He then said that someone would call and give me a full refund for my Mercedes hood emblem but no one ever called and it’s been over a week! This business is a scam, don’t go here, they vandalize your car and then when you try to call it goes straight to voicemail. They had no intention of ever fixing what they broke on MY car. Also I heard this place has TERRIBLE employee turnover because you always see new employees on their first day on the job and they don’t know anything, it’s convenient there’s never a manager or owner around. Just do ur self a favor and don’t go here, save urself the gray hairs.
