This was the most colorful hotel I've ever been to. It was like a large cubicle that had everything you needed. This includes the lobby and the rooms. It was clean, upscale, compact and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Architectural style is modern, European, colorful and inviting. Rooms are spacious and clean. Area around the hotel is green, walkable and safe, with restaurants and live music in close proximity. The reason for the poor rating is the service. With one notable exception, the staff was unfriendly, short, disinterested and, often, downright rude. No matter what the issue was (housekeeping forgot to clean the room, the paid breakfast was not delivered, or an extra item charged by the front desk to our room by mistake was not removed), every interaction with the front desk was unpleasant and painful. Improve the front desk customer service quality and this hotel will be a 5/5. Until then, we will not return. Thank you.

I always stay here when traveling for work. It is a convenient location, I like the bar and the bartender, Nick, is great. The rooms are always spotless and the staff is very nice. I wish the coffee was available all day and there was something to grab and go as a breakfast option. I started bringing my own, but would rather just get something from the little store.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The hotel looks nice the bartender is great, the management and staff not so much . I woke up with ants all in my bed called the front desk was advised “she will see if she can get someone to come up and. Heck into it later” luckily I was checking out that day. I check out go to the front desk speak to the same person who said she will have a manager refund my room later that day around 120’ she just doesn’t know how to do it and she wrote down my name and contact information . No one ever called no refund was ever given . I called the hotel directly 3 times spoke with 3 different people and was advised the same thing each time they would write down my name and have a manager call me and refund the room .NOTHING . Finally I call Marriott Corporate they put in a case and give the hotel 5-7 business days to respond . Those days go by , NOTHING so I have to call back . I call corporate and the same individual I talked to at the hotel in person responded to the complaint saying they will not be refunding me as she gave me a discount on checkout which was a LIE . She also stated she sent me an apology email which was also a lie . Marriott corporate seen that the room was never discounted and sent another note saying that they I was never discounted and to reach out to me to resolve it that day. Days go by still no contact and no discount , which why would I want a discount instead of a refund when I woke up with bugs crawling on me ? Horrible experience I would recommend that no one stay here no matter how nice it may look in photos and if you do decide to stay and see someone named Jeanette at the desk turn around any issues you may have while staying there she is not even going to attempt to help you but will say you received a discount once you contact corporate !

No restaurant no microwave no coffee maker in room no ice bucket no ice machine on any floor staff has to go get you a bag of ice which means u have to wait because there other in front of you u have to get in line for ice in bring your own cups there's no cup in room plus ALL the amenities are down in they still have you pay them No water in the pool Mo morning Breakfast
Only stayed once, for two nights. Did not need to speak to them.
