I can't recommend this place enough. The customer service and maintenance are what set the Springs apart. We lived here for 15 months and overall it was great. The office staff, we mostly interacted with Hailey and then Ethan towards the end of our time there, were always responsive and welcoming. Hailey always responded to emails quickly and would provide solutions to any issues we may have had. It is not like the apartments don't have their flaws, but they are all things that just come with living in an apartment complex (noisy neighbors, parking, etc.). What makes the Springs great is that if it is in their control to make it better, they will. Maintenance would always get to service requests same day or the next if the request was submitted later in the day. The maintenance team was always kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to take care of maintenance needs. The maintenance team and the office staff made living here as easy as possible.

We are a family of 4, two adults and two toddlers, who lived in these apartments for a year. We had an exceptionally great experience. Service requests were promptly addressed within 24 hours and mostly within the same day. Moving and and moving out was seamless. The community is well maintained and clean. The trash valet service was convenient and did a good job. The highlights for us was the great communication from the manager Hailey and her team. When it was time for us to purchase a house, Hailey went through the different options of renewing the lease contract given the uncertainty of the housing market until we settled on something that was right for us. The location is ideal, very close to the highway and within 10-15 mins to target, Costco and other shopping areas and restaurants. 5 minutes to IKEA. Overall, It was a great experience and no regrets! Highly recommend it!!

Springs at West Chester started off as a joyous experience. It started under the management of Joe. The office staff and maintenance staff were all helpful and pleasant. Once Hailey/Haley became the office manager things took a shift for the worse. The staff in the office, including Hailey, were often very rude. That is when we moved out after being a resident for a little over two years. I scheduled a pre move out visit in advance, they told me to schedule it closer to my move out date. About one week before move out they told me they were booked up and they can do the walk through once we are gone. So they did. Soon a final move out bill came for $200. To my surprise it was not clean enough so they wanted an additional $200 on top of the security deposit. Fine, was willing to pay that. One week later received another final move out bill stating they need to replace the carpet, this bill was $700. After having our lawyers contact them stating the photos sent were insufficient proof of carpet damage and that we agree to pay the original move out cost, they replied with a breakdown on why we were getting charged $700 now. In this explanation it included an original carpet price (from when it was originally installed) and stated that the carpet was not up to par for their next potential renters so they came back to charge us for a new carpet. Most of the apartment had wooden floors…there was only carpet in the two bedrooms and no damage. We did not wear shoes in our unit nor did we eat in the bedroom. It was not justified and as our lawyers were going back to them they sent this to collections. Unfortunately we were held accountable for something we did not do and also something that is unjust and unfair. If the carpet cleaning was not up to par for potential renters and Springs decided to replace an entire carpet then they should have been responsible for replacing an entire carpet. Especially since we were already sent a final statement and the cleaning was acceptable then. I would advise anyone to refrain from renting here.

This is a great place to live. The community is lovely and quiet. The level of resident care by both office and maintenance staff is superior. They offer immediate and knowledgeable answers and solutions to questions and issues without the slightest hint of smarminess. As a bonus, the Springs at West Chester offers truly fun community social activities.
