I was sent here by my Chiropractor to get some MRI's done after being in a vehicle accident. I was sent to have two of which were 45 minutes a piece. The ladies were very gentle, they explained everything as it was happening. I've had to have a few x-rays, and MRI's recently, and the way the staff at Burlington Diagnostic handle business is by far the best. They were absolutely amazing!!!

Just called to get an estimate for an ultrasound. They transferred me to billing, who told me they don't have the information. I called back again where they told me that they can't provide estimates either. How do you expect to get new patients without being able to provide estimates? If you actually provide them, please educate your staff that you do.
