First, visit our website and fill out our contact form to get in touch. From there, we’ll send you a link to schedule a 10-15 minute call to discuss your project. We then schedule the Power Plan where for 90 minutes we define your goals, what you are good at, who your ideal client is and how you’re going to engage them. It's a stand alone service that you can apply to your web build should you decide to hire us for the Power Launch. The Power Plan includes a written actionable strategy, your project schedule, a detailed cost (depending upon project specifications) and a contract. Once you have reviewed the plan and signed the contract, you'll be sent an invoice for a 50% deposit that is due to book your spot in our schedule. You will receive a password to our Welcome Page with instructions for how to get started! The 50% balance is due 30 days from the project kick-off date.
We always recommend custom brand photography. Using photos of your face, your employees, your services and/or your location is how your target market will authentically connect with you. We provide tips for getting the most out of your brand photography, and in some cases can recommend a photographer in your area. If you *really* can’t get custom photography we will work together to select the best possible stock images for your site.
YES! Content is the most important part of your business brand story, website hierarchy and SEO. It wouldn't make sense to NOT provide this. Our experience shows that clients need help with this. We contract with several experienced content writers who will write your homepage hierarchy and the top level pages of your website. Since writing needs to be authentic to your business services, we will choose a seasoned writer who we've worked with before and who has experience in your industry. Did you just breathe a sigh of relief? We get it! If you have content already or specialized content needs, we will discuss this during the Power Plan.
We use Squarespace. After the launch, you will be able to edit the site yourself or we can help add content and visual assets on a retainer basis. For email marketing needs, we can set you up with Squarespace's email marketing service. If you have another email marketing platform, we’ll discuss how to connect it to your site. We can discuss other needed functionalities that you already have or are considering during the Power Plan.
We mostly work with emerging entrepreneurs and expanding small businesses that are service-based and have been in business for at least two years. This includes Designers, Artists, Coaches, Wellness Professionals, Writers, Speakers, Influencers, Real Estate Agents and Lawyers who want to build a legit brand online.
