Arlington Cemetery station is the only station that closes earlier than the rest of the system, closing at 7 PM from October to March, and 10 PM from April to September.
Located between the Seabee Memorial and Arlington Cemetery.

I loved the views of Washington. The tomb of the unknown soldiers and the Kennedy grave sites were wonderful! I would definitely recommend to go here.

No. There's a parking garage that charges per hour for visitors to the cemetery. But it is not a park and ride for the metro.

At Arlington Cemetery or somewhere near the mall area at the Smithsonian. No parking near the Lincoln Memorial you definitely have to walk to it

I do I have to pay for parking at the metro station? Since it is the blue line with that take me directly into Washington? Specifically going to the mall area and the DAR headquarters.

No, but there is low cost parking at the cemetery itself.
