I had an interview with the doctor and she was very unprofessional. I totally believe that I was not hired because I wanted family health insurance coverage and she didn’t want to pay for it. She went to the point of asking me why I couldn’t have my husband carry our health insurance and couldn’t just accept single coverage instead of family coverage. The office is very dingy and unkept. I realized just from my interview that I would not go there myself or recommend her to anybody I know for a patient or employment.

Dr. Zhan doesnt care one bit about her patients...she has no regard for their safety or what she may put them thru.. She dumped me after 3 yrs. because I questioned why she was putting my life in jeopardy and then she lied in my medical records which is now making it difficult to find another doctor. She will take personal phone calls while she's in the room with u..She cares about 2 things...what she looks like for the day & how much money she can make off of u. If you're looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about you & wants to really help you achieve your best quality of life, she is NOT the one I would go to. What she has done to me as well as other patients is UNETHICAL & thats why she will lie in your medical records...to protect her own personal interests!!!!

I have never in all my experiences with doctor offices been treated so unprofessionally. Patients beware, if the physicians care is on the same level as this office staff I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy here. I'm not sure what they actually do at the office because it sure does not include making phone calls or conducting actual work procedures.

After years of complying with Dr Zhans request and clean toxicology tests, I was told I wouldn't be seen anymore. She states she's "not comfortable" prescribing long term opiates for pain. The reason for visits was for acute and chronic pain. A pain management physician is there to make your quality of life manageable. DISAPPOINTED!!!
