These people are thieves. We(me, my mom & my dad) got tested on 26th of December. I took online appointment and entered credit card information. Upon getting tested, I asked if they accepts cash, they said "YES". We paid cash $525 (rapid NAAT 3@$175). After paying cash, my credit card got charged for $525. After calling several times, I have to explain issue again and again. On 10th January, Courtney gave contact number of Josh. Josh gave call back and said that he will look into this matter, I called again after two days, & still waiting for their reply. But now, getting tired I have tried to dispute this transaction on my end. One more thing, I asked to Courtney, name of lady that took my test, she said the name is on report, but on report the name is "Mr. Wadhera".

Second update: DO NOT GO HERE! The owner of this company shared my phone number with a female who proceeded to call me, confirm my name, then called me an expletive before hanging up. I will be looking into this as a potential violation of HIPAA as well as discussing this terrible experience with the BBB. Update: of note, we were the only ones in line at this location. I was promptly called by the “owner” Josh who offered me a refund but not before proceeding to angrily berate me about this review. I was extremely shocked and confused as to what was going on, and I tried to re-explain myself, but was met by sassy remarks that he “hopes [I] run into rude, unreasonable people like [myself] in my professional career.” I would have taken this down after a simple explanation for the wait (not even a refund), but I am still in absolute shock that someone would treat a customer this way. Original post: Paid $65 for a 15 minute rapid test only to have to call 2 hours later for the results and they had them ready but had not emailed them yet.
