The visit was ok. The doctor took the xray which is what I wanted and the whole thing took like 1 hour. The receptionist/ nurse was very nice.

The same woman who had checked me in at the front desk ended up being my provider. She never introduced herself whatsoever, though come to find out it was NP Sonya Patel, and just told me to take antibiotics and that they will let me know if I should continue once my culture came back. She never explained anything to me at all, I had to ask all the questions about my condition and the prescribed medication. Its now been a week that I had to call them everyday with no response in regards to my test results. I don't understand why a simple test would take a week to get back, and they never let me know anything until I had to call them. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Pointless to go somewhere that won’t tell you if you're sick for a week.
