So helpful and kind. They got our very old pendulum clock working within minutes, free of charge, when it's been sitting on our wall for a year, not working. Simple fix, and super helpful. Recommended getting it cleaned at some point in the future, which we will gladly use their services for that in the future.

Great staff, fantastic work! When we originally took our very old wall clock into the shop, they evaluated it and told us what we needed to do to keep the clock running without an overhaul and at no charge. 😀 Unfortunately, minute hand slippage eventually required the clock be taken in for repairs. They disassembled, cleaned, tightened, assembled and adjusted the clock at a reasonable price. The clock is now back home for a few weeks and is running great! Because they are very good and through, they have a lot of backlog. They do the job right rather than speed through the work. I really appreciate that attitude. Thank you Thompson's Clock Manor
