Serious professionals. They worked closely with me to design a great sound system based on my own financial and interior design constraints. Throughout the process they gave me multiple setup options in detail and they were super patient with me as I decided. I love the final product. Rick helped me out, and I got the vibe that everyone there was equally nice and knowledgeable. I'd travel back from out of state to get more work done there should the desire arise.
