Denice Madar is the most racist recruiter., once she notice ur shift is easy and u comfortable with it,she will immediately switch u or find the slightest way to get rid of u. God bless mrs Jennifer wise who doesn’t care about skin color.

Excellent, excellent care! Home Instead Naperville came to the rescue, after multiple other options proved unworkable, to care for not one, but TWO elderly family members on simultaneous home hospice care. Our Home Instead needs were assigned to Charlie, and you could not ask for a more compassionate, attentive, unflappable, dignified, and dedicated gentleman, in circumstances that would try the patience of any human being. I would trust--nay, INSIST on--Home Instead Naperville and a caregiver like Charlie if I myself needed such care.

Great place to work as a caregiver, they pay training hour and it's good to work with Jennifer and Lele ❤

HomeInstead of Aurora (IL) has done a superb job for my mid-nineties parents. They were very supportive in working with us, over an almost 2-year period, during which HI helped my folks, and my brother and me, understand how they could help. This included multiple conference calls and home visits, for which there was no service charge. Once my parents decided to proceed with HI's in-home assistance, HI did a wonderful job finding service providers who could meet my parents' physical needs. This is the entry level expectation, right? What I really appreciated were the strenuous efforts HI made, particularly John Hoss, the service lead, and Jennifer (whose surname I don't have), the HI scheduler, who scheduled, and repeatedly rescheduled, the workers to assure the people entering my parents' home were compatible with my folks' temperaments, as well. If you need help, or know someone who does, and you are in the Aurora/Naperville area, I strongly urge you to include HomeInstead in your search for assistance. The company will be ready and able to assist you through what is, inevitably, a stressful life transition.

Hi Camille and Thank you Hector for the kind words. I am still the owner. David was never actually the owner, he was just a person of great character (like so many in our company history) that took serious responsibility for our clients and CareGivers! He is no longer here, but we remember him fondly and appreciate all that he did. I hope you are doing well. Roger
Hi Gail. Thanks for your question. While we do not provide PT & OT directly, we do work closely with therapists as well as other skilled care service providers who serve our clients. In general, we provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). In the case of therapists, we assist our clients in performing their routines when the therapist is gone. We would also provide assistance with transfers to and from a bed, or assistance in the bathroom for example. If you or your loved one is currently in a hospital or rehab hospital. The social services staff will refer you to PT/Ot upon discharge. They may also refer you to us for further assistance. We are very easy to work with as we offer a personalized schedule and plan of care. For a more comprehensive ideas of what we can do, please see https://www.homeinstead.com/402/home-care-services Or just call and ask! 630 637 3360 Take care and good luck.
