I brought our auntie in this rehab, and she stayed in this place for almost 15 days, and the care and services were excellent. She’s now on her road for a complete recovery. Meanwhile she’s already doing the normal chores at home and she is also maintaining the Physical therapist exercises. Thank you for your great services.

My dad’s hospice stay at Alden Estates of Naperville was the most caring and empathetic to our loved one’s needs. My dad’s suffering was not ignored by making sure to check on him as often as possible and make him comfortable. My dad was clean, as was his bed and room. They did a wonderful job of taking care of him by feeding and changing him, taking care of his personal needs, and by talking to him in Spanish which is his native language. During his stay, they tried to make him as happy and as comfortable as possible. He also shared his room with a roommate, and although individuals may process illness differently, his roommate helped lessen my dad’s stress by being a little more quiet than normal. I want to say Thank You to Miss Zapata the Admission Director who helped my dad and my family through this very difficult time and to the remarkable Alden staff. I have only positive things to say about them because they show compassion, care, and understanding which translates to pure excellence.

My husbands needs were so neglected that it lead to his death. They failed to replace an indwelling Cather after he pulled it out. After a few days of no way to pass urine his kidneys failed, he became septic and died.
