Terrible service the staff are very dry and acts as if they dont want to do their job. They never accept anything even brand new items with tags, yet things being sold in the store are out of date/style.

worst Plato’s closet I’ve ever been to. Brought in whole bag of new clothes and they took an item for $2 and they did not even show me what items they even took . Man who gave me my money was bending my id questioning if it was even real and kept laughing. Things should change at this location because this is unprofessionalism and disrespect at its finest. They had disgusting things on the shelves but did not take my new things . Seems like the workers just pick their preferences. Workers need to fix their tones and attitudes if the owners wanna keep customers

I was in this store a couple days ago and the customer service was great. They were attentive and friendly. Found a lot of good stuff and will definitely go back.
