Had a great time doing the Great British Bake-Off class as a team building activity with a colleague. The chef was patient and helpful or even took over just a little if he saw that your group was struggling (which was appreciated) and it was a lot of fun. They offered coffees and waters for free for you to enjoy during the class.

I had been gifted a half sheet silpat baking mat (purchased from a place with initials BB&B) and despite the packaging being the correct size, the item was sized for a jellyroll pan and much too small for my needs. I headed over to Sur La Table today to purchase the right silpat size and also pick up a new smaller pan because the universe is clearly telling me I need one. The associate at the store was very helpful, showed me the items I was looking for and let me take the silpat out to double check it's size. She also let me take out my too small silpat to make sure I get the right size pan to match it. At the checkout another associate swung by and handed me a delicious ice cream sample - it made my day!
