I LOVE this store! I wish I lived nearby. I would like to upgrade my sewing machine but need to do it where I live so that I can use my current one as a trade in towards the new one. I did buy my serger from this store and couldn't be happier with it. I love that I can order online. I love that when I call the store I get a person that speaks to me that's knowledgeable, pleasant and wants to help me. I highly recommend this store and I've never set foot in it. I do plan to take a road trip this spring and Naperville is on my map.

So glad I found this place! As a novice with sewing, I know only the very basics of sewing machine care and the staff that I interacted with were all really kind and helpful. I brought my machine in for repairs and the technician came out to inspect my machine before they diagnosed any issues or gave an estimate. I'll definitely be back for fabric or machine care!

Hello, we charge $130 for a clean, oil and adjust. Our lead time is usually 7 business days from the time they are dropped off for service.
There is not a safe way for this. Please bring your machine in during regular scheduled hours and our tech can remedy this issue.

Thank you for your question. It depends on the model of BERNINA Embroidery machine you are using. Most new BERNINA models can take any USB stick for design transfer. Older models require that the USB sticks are very small capacity and formatted a certain way. For more information please call our store at 331-472-4231.

Like Marisa said, we are closed through Thursday, December 26. We will open Friday December 27 from 9am-8pm, Saturday December 28 from 9am-8pm and Sunday December 29 from 11am-4pm.
