This is a very non-standard service at this location. The service clerk/maybe owner asked me to step aside and continued to attend to two or three other customers just entering the shop and after about 25 minutes I decided to leave for somewhere else. You won't get a total for your service before you make a payment; You are at his discretion whether to receive service or not, and the order with which that service is rendered; I needed a mail box so I took that business elsewhere. I hope he can respond to this and other reviews to refute them. Very poor & non-standard services here. I won't be returning here for service(s)

Jahari Thompson is a poor representation of your company. Unprofessional, rude & condecending. He embarrasses customers for no reason. Why would you read aloud a customers resume while there are three people in line behind them? We come here to print our personal documents. You should not be reading them. Aloud. While there are customers!!! Shame on you Jahari. What a piece of work. Never coming back here. Would not want to spend my money again. Even if it's periodically. 0 stars

Such a weird experience. I’ll be honest I did not look up the hours of operation before coming here. I happened to be driving by a realized I had Comcast equipment to return. The HUGE sign above the door said open. I went in and there was a person in line, and the guy in the back said “ I can help you over here dude”. I explain the situation since I’d never had to return equipment. He then tells me we close at 4pm. I’m like okay, what time is it. He's goes it’s 4:03 and didn’t help me. So I just drove to the Comcast store instead. What a waste of time. I’ll never return here. Could’ve simply said hey we already closed when I walked in and I would’ve completely understood, it’s happened to me before.
