Lately I’ve been disappointed with their food. The food tastes good but they’re cutting back. I stopped ordering the gumbo because they cut the shrimp into tiny pieces so you’re really not getting shrimp. The last time I I came here I ordered fried catfish and they cut the fish into tiny pieces. The food is good but they’re scaling back on some of their dishes.

Came here for a Business Lunch Denisha was polite and knowledgeable with the menu. She was also training a new team member. They were both amazing I had the barbecue chicken sandwich. My customer had the sirloin a Salad. Also a side of ribs. Strawberry lemonade is always on point. Must have when dining at Lucille's. Great place to come for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed!

Best Beef Ribs EVER!! They just introduced more sides to their menu! Great service every visit! Perfect location to shop around while you wait to be seated! Expect a 30min + wait time on the weekends! Its worth the wait!

Lucille's is a fast way to get smokehouse BBQ. It saves you a lot of hours of cooking if you don't want to make brisket or barbecue ribs. Although, it will not be the best just because the nature of the of the restaurant is to serve as fast as they can and that will sacrifice the cooking. The meat was a little dry, the chicken was great, the bbq sauce variety is unmatched. The service was excellent. I did see one of the servers scratching hit head. Luckily, he didn't work at out table. The clenlines can improve. Overall as an experiment it was a fine afternoon.

Yes. I catered in food for Thanksgiving last year. You can mix and match. It's not cheap for sure, but probably $15 to $30 per person depending on what you pick.

They do online and by phone but sometimes they turn the option off online if their staffing is too low.
No online reservations are temporarily unavailable. When I went it was a two and a half hour wait and of course I was not waiting that long. They had multiple tables so I don't know what the problem was short staffed or what but that was just unbelievable especially seeing all those open tables. It would be nice.😇

Most of the regular dinners come with 2 sides. There's an awesome peanut slaw, Mac and cheese, corn on the cob and my hubby loves the cheese grits. There's more sides, but those are our favorites. The sweet tea is really good too.

For how many people? At what time? That's how you can determine if you need reservations or not. Remember!! They are not busy all the time only during lunch and dinner during the week, and hit or miss on weekends.
