WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Rude receptionist! Took 30 min to be greeted for them to tell me the doctor isn't in and just sit and wait? Why would you schedule me? Didn't even ask how my day was? The girls had rude attitudes. I would never get an implant somewhere who can't even have decent customer service. Then they proceeded to block me on instagram after I reached out to tell them about my experience.

I’m now 7 months post breast augmentation and they look beautiful! Dr Mandris did my procedure and I couldn’t be happier. The staff from front desk on, was very friendly every time I went in. It was my first procedure and I was super nervous but they made me feel comfortable and in good hands. My friend came here years back and that’s how I was referred to this location in Rancho. I live in LA but was worth the drive each time. Highly recommend!

I had gone to several other consults before choosing BHP-Rancho. I decided on this location because Dr. Go and his MA-Marylu. They made me feel comfortable from the very beginning to the end. I am now 5 months post op (extended tummy tuck and lipo) and I am loving my results. After losing 60lbs and a lot of lose saggy skin, Dr. Go gave me very natural results. I definitely recommend Dr. Go. His bedside manner is amazing.
