I had never had this happen to me. Is so ridiculous . Me and my family (party of 8) were on a waiting list for over a hour for the manager to tell us that no server wants to take a party of 8. It’s so ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here.

The food was ok. But the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The waitress for got my wife’s order….twice ! 20 minute wait in between each bowl of soup ( got the never ending). Took my drink away when I’d barely even touched it. But the pinnacle of the evening was when my wife ordered a bottle of San Pellegrino water, and was brought a large bottle with the bottle cap still on. Had to ask if she could please open it for us. Then, didn’t give her a glass ! She had to drink it from the bottle like a hillbilly as people at the other table pointed and laughed. Horrible experience !

If it's really busy then sometimes the server forgets/doesn't have time to check back on you. I have also been to many Olive Garden locations throughout Illinois and have only sampled wine once.
