Called Butrey on Wednesday, July 13th asking to rent a Chipper. The salesmen had told me it was going to be a $1,500 hold on my credit card. We picked up the machine on Wednesday at 4pm. We used the machine the following day the, the 15th and brought back the machine Friday the 16th at 8am. I checked my account and they charged my card $2,000. The charge was already processed and taken from my account. They are charging me 2 days because we did not bring the machine back by 5pm Thursday. I have rented stump grinders, chippers, bob cats, and little giants from Alexander equipment and Vermeer. Never have I ever been charged for 2 days when I only used the machine for one. I talked to Ken and he did not care at all. I told him we would never do business with them again and he responded with that's fine. Horrible experience!

Really bad service 800 dollars for one days rental on chipper ? When I was told it was gonna be half that . Nobody does does that but them becareful. I rental machines all the time this is the worst experience ever .

Rented a sod cutter for the day. Customer service was great and staff were knowledgeable and showed us how to operate it. Ended up having the sod cutter back within 3 hours so they charged us the lower rate. Prices very reasonable. Would definitely rent from here again!
