Beware! COVID PCR test was billed to me with Aetna insurance at $3,125 for a single test! The lab has yet to return calls to me or Aetna, who would like to negotiate in network coverage with them. The Aetna rep told me it’s the highest bill they’ve ever seen for a COVID test. My entire family’s labs were sent to this lab from MedOne in St Augustine. We were not advised that this would be out of network or not covered under the CARES Act. Almost $10k in bills for 3 COVID tests and a lot of stress. Perhaps the BBB will be able to summon a response from Florida Labs. UPDATE: The bill was cancelled. Still a lot of stress for no reason but thankfully we aren’t paying for the crazy expensive testing.

Promised the lady who collected my and my husbands sample I'd leave this review saying the test was not as bad as I expected it to be. The staff was super professional and effective. I don't think we were there for even a half hour and the swab was far less invasive than I had been led to believe it to be. They are located in the VA which confused us at first. But still a 10/10 do recommend and will return if/when I need to be tested for covid again.
