Though I'm pleased I am not getting garnishments. I am upset that first lawyer was going to submit a payment for 580 a month then suddenly didn't work there anymore. New lawyer submitted 730 a month and included some of my income that is untaxable nor reported as income to IRS. M8nd you my income has not changed between the attorneys so not sure why this happened. Should be fixed but I'm sure it's to late.

The best course of action for tax refunds not received is to contact the IRS' Taxpayer Advocate office by visiting their website at https://www.taxpayeradvocate.irs.gov/contact-us/. This office specializes in assisting taxpayers with obtaining refunds owed to them.
