Dropping off the car was a disaster, the worker that came out to check the car was EXTREMELY RUDE. He made rude comments about us needing to clean out the car before returning it because my 2 year old left crumbs on the seat. Maybe I'm used to enterprise, but I never had an issue with crumbs before being told I need to clean out a car before returning it. I believe because I myself work in customer service i would never speak to a customer the way he did....it was unprofessional and moving forward I think we will stick to enterprise.

Worst customer service yet. We made a reservation to pick up at 6:00pm. We walked in 5 minutes early. The closing employee told us it's nice you showed up 5 minutes before we closed and was a jerk. I told him my reservation was for 6:00PM he was grumbling that he already locked all the keys up for night, and our reservation time on our reservation didn't mean anything. Don't go to this location extremely rude, and put out to help anyone or be decent customer service.

ThisAvis location certainly does not “Try Harder”. In fact they barely try at all. Will put you on hold for a time then disconnect you then forward all calls to national sales office and generally too busy with their truck rental side too take care of car rentals. You’re better off avoiding likely aggravation with these folks and go down the street to Enterprise.
