Delivery drivers are great but office/dock workers are rude and slow. Dock pickups are dreadful with them. I have had multiple pickups with them and it's the same everytime. I dread going when my orders get shipped with them. I have used almost all of the shipping companies in and around Springfield and r+l is by far the worst.

Got an email saying to confirm a scheduled delivery between 12pm and 4pm. I called at 5pm and was told he only has one more delivery so only 30 minutes. No call to say running late and no apology 6:05pm they finally made it. We were told our very large item was at the back and he had to keep moving it around to get past it. No sorry I was late only yea you should have been the first stop. Very lousy customer service.

We were nearly ran off of I-44 by one of their drivers today around the mile 38 marker between Mt. Vernon and Scott's city. Absolutely terrifying. There was a motorhome on the hwy shoulder(completely off the road) and the truck driver veered into our lane nearly forcing us into the median.

They were to call me 30 mins prior and I was to sign for my delivery. They left it damaged in my driveway. No signature, no phone call
