I hate to leave a bad review but I refuse to have to call and email repeatedly again to get in touch with someone. I'm not going to go into every little thing that went wrong but the two aggravating ones have gone without being fixed and I'm tired of trying to get in touch with the guy (Chris) that ran our project. He was supposed to have his guys come fix the bottom of our expensive fire pit but they never showed. I've left repeated messages and emails and have not heard a word back. Even left a message with a receptionist. He was also supposed to come out and look at the three trees that have been sickly looking from the start but still hasn't done that. He had me send him pictures of them early on and to let him know if they didn't get better. Well they didn't and look terrible but he never returned to take a look or fix the bottom of our fire pit because they forgot to run the drain for it. I don't write a bad review until I've given a company every chance but I'm not going to try over and over to track this company down again to get in touch with Chris and then they may not show anyway. Over all they did pretty good work but the communication was lacking and still is. Kind of just felt like once they were done, they were done. Happy or not.

We LOVE our new patio and landscaping. To say the project far exceeded our expectations is an understatement. We got started a little later than anticipated due to weather etc, but believe us it was worth the relatively short wait for something we will be enjoying for decades to come. Bill Canter and his team at Townscapes were the best. Bill's years of experience in designing and installing hardscaping and landscaping was evident from the very beginning. Bill had our utmost confidence from day 1 and until the project was totally complete. Words cannot describe the absolutely beautiful and elegant transformation that took place in our outdoor space over the course of the project. Their dedication, hard work, expertise, and efficiency were absolutely refreshing and enjoyable to watch. We are beyond satisfied and happy with our investment.
