The room was absolutely disgusting, I had booked through Expedia and canceled not even fifteen minutes after checking in. When I canceled I asked the front desk and they had told me the refund would be processed. The amount was $450 for three nights. The entire hotel smelled of stale smoke and mildew. The bed was stained, the floor was never vacuumed. The shower was gross and the refrigerator was disgusting as well. I canceled my stay not even 10 minutes after I checked in. The front desk was rude however I turned in my room keys and they said all was well. The funds were not released to my card so I contacted Expedia and they told me they contacted the property and they said I stayed there all three nights when I didn’t. And were denying my refund, I then contacted the property and they essentially told me I was lying and hung up on me. So I had contacted Expedia yet again, they called the property and verified I did cancel and rebooked through another hotel on Expedia. We will see is my refund shows, however Save yourself the trouble and steer very very clear of this place!!!

Atrocious and not worth what I paid Room was clean at first appearance until I noticed cigarette burn marks on the tub. Drapes and sheets were worn pretty bad, the bed was stiff as a board, smoke alarm was missing, bathroom sink was slow to drain. The lobby was dated, dirty, and damaged. Seedy characters loitering. Continue to advertise a continental breakfast in the morning only to find out that they’re only doing grab and go bags. The pool area was dirty and smelled like marijuana. The staff was friendly but didn’t seem to care much. I asked for maid service and nobody touched the room during our stay.

This hotel is way nicer than you would expect a Motel 8 to be. It is super clean, well kept, has modern decorations, very friendly staff, and even a swimming pool! This is definitely my favorite hotel in the area, and I do not say this lightly, as I am very picky about hotels due to being a clean freak and germaphobe. With this in mind, I always feel very comfortable here. The staff will treat you like family and the prices are the best around. The only thing I do not like about this hotel is their "continental breakfast", which at least during peak pandemic, consisted of an oatmeal cream pie and a cup of mandarin oranges...It was pretty depressing. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!

The lobby was clean. You need exact change for vending. No fives. And the front desk complained about making change for me. I thought that was odd. The rooms were not clean at all. The bathroom had hair, dirt, and broken glass shards. Looked like there was a linen shortage. The guy behind me got the better upgraded room and had fruit loops and cookie crumbs all in their sheets. And it took like 2 hours before they corrected the issue and then the desk gal handed the guy his sheets right out the dryer rather then send someone up. My fiance arrived before me and was having phone issues that he needed wifi to fix. Our rooms were paid for 3 nights. He asked the clerk for the password she wouldn't give it to him. He asked to use the phone multiple times to call and find out if I was alright locating the place and she refused. I had a flat tire that I had to fix by myself during this situation and I really did need his help. The place needs ..... new owners. The pool and jacuzzi were the best feature.
