I set this appointment a month ago to fix a concrete driveway slab that needed to be lifted up as well as driveway stairs. Showed the representative what needs to be fixed and talked to him for about 15 minutes repeating myself of what I need to be fixed. Told him to take measurements as much as you want cause I had another appointment and need to leave soon. He started complicating things and saying this will take hour and half to process … I am like take whatever measurements you need and can you email me the proposal once you are done? Like I am literally showing you what needs to be fixed which is one slab and the stairs and he kept arguing back and forth and wasting time. Poor quoting system and unnecessary complications.
