Gregg Sutter and his team were caring and professional. They sold my home in one day for over the asking price - and this was well before the Covid Real Estate boom! Top Notch Professionals!!

Looking to sell your home? Gregg is your man. Looking to buy a home? Gregg is your man. Hands down one of THE best in the business. He takes the stress out of the process and typically gets deals done in record time. Buying/Selling a home can be stressful so work with a realtor that makes the entire process enjoyable....Gregg Sutter.

Gregg Sutter is always on it! That’s the easiest way to describe him as a man. He has helped me with projects when he didn’t have to and never asks for anything but loyalty from his friends. As a Realtor Gregg recently helped a close friend purchase a home and sell his old one. It was a seamless process, my friend never had to complain once about Gregg and we would both recommend him today for any of your real estate needs. Gregg has over 40 years of experience within the real estate industry first as a builder and now a realtor, so he knows what to look for. If you hire Gregg he will be on your team, that’s just his way.

I work with Real estate agents daily and none has the back ground that this man has. He can see things that the average agent misses. His back ground in construction is an asset that ALL others don't have. If your look for a new home Call Geegg Sutter. You will not regret it , The Man is Remarkable. Go

If you are looking to use your equity in the current home when it sells as a downpayment on a new home, yes, you will have to sell first. Your loan advisor will need to determine how much of a risk your profile has to make a new home loan while retaining the old one. Call me for more info on the subject! I have lots of advice!

What home can I afford?

This answer will rely on your financial responsibilities and your income. We can sit down before the shopping starts and see what your price range is to get a better idea. Finding this out ahead of time will help when you meet with lenders to get pre-approved. I can help you through this process!
