The staff there was friendly and had the room ready and I rested as much as I can. It was quite lot to do after an hour of breakfast I was at the hotel room and I stained on my shirt. I was wearing dark clothing and was too much bleech on the sheets and blankets. I didn't complain, it help me a little bit more of me staying there other wise it was a good experience. The staff did what they supposed to do and hope for the best for all the people there

I booked my room online through a third-party app. Upon check-in, everything was set to go. Took maybe 5 minutes, easy. Got a King bed room. It was spacious, temperature was comfortable, bed and pillows plush and soft, and a good sized t.v. to relax to. My only issues were the tiny refrigerator that woke me up throughout the night and the knats or fruit flies living in the bathroom sink overflow tube, but Marriott staff did refund me 5 percent of my stay. Maybe small amount, but still they tried to make it up to me. Stay here if you spend a few days in Fairfield. You won't be sorry.

Staff was amazing. Too bad they work for a company that could clearly care less about your nights sleep or experience. Balcony was hiway facing and has NO SOUNDPROOFING. And off of I80 that does not work out well without soundproofing. Literally NON-Stop semi trucks and loud exhaust ALL NIGHT. Air conditioning can NOT be set to keep the fan on AND Automatically FORCES you to "Enjoy" the default rooms Temps when the occupancy sensor sees you're sleeping. The unit in our second room was the same way, but also sounded like heavy machinery pulsating. We had to use a noise app on our phones and ear plugs to get any sleep at all. Just to be woken up by the stomping on the stairs that were sperated from us by an elevator and our guest room! Another problem that could be solved with soundproofing. Beds were hard as a rock and wrecked my back in a single night. Breakfast at these locations is in a "bistro" only and costs money. Not even a bagel or cereal offered for free. Bathroom in 2nd Suite on opposite side of building smelt like someone took a number 2 in the tub drain. We're too tired to complain and switch again so we used lysol and plugged the drain when we not using the shower. I would suggest avoiding this place like, well, I would say the plague, but it's 2022 so, avoid it like covid. Lastly, I had to spend a bunch of time feeling awkward because there credit card terminal only does swipe cards and it wasn't working on my card!! I own multiple small businesses AND THEY ALL have chip readers! They are cheap!!!! There is NO excuse for this lack of technology. I would post the videos of the noise if I could!

Staff here was amazing. When above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated for the work event that we were holding there. Also upgraded my room for free since we had the event there as well. James on the sales team was amazing as well as the front desk help. Comfortable room, lots of food within walking distance as well. I love the Suisun Valley for it’s small, quaint wineries. Spit my day off walking the back roads from winery to winery in amazing countryside.

No they aren't big at all and if you do stay there get a room on upper floor away from doors because after being moved to a king bed room on first floor we duscovered fleas on top of bed from dogs i guess and that same night i opened the closet to find a bunch of roaches scattering throughout my fiancee an myselfs belongings. We spent the entire night shaking out cloths an moving to third floor an wen we finally did fall asleep we where awaken early with rude remarks an outrageous accusations instead of apologies and compensation. I couldnt believe it.. never have experienced such behavior from hotel staff. Idk if its because i was being racially profiled and judged based on my appearance but this kind of service is unacceptable and i will be following up. I checked out a entire 2 days early and never recieved a refund after contacting and reporting incident to management
