I have received nothing but the highest level of care and professionalism. I was diagnosed with acute non alcoholic cirrhosis liver disease which in 2018 had become cancerous. I literally owe my life to Dr. JD Hoskins and the whole staff at the Interventional Radiology Clinic. These people are nothing short of genius and they have taken me on as what seems to be a personal vendetta against cancer. I have a disease that will require life long monitoring and a team such as this to quickly take action should more tumors appear. I consider these very special people a direct blessing as God has placed me within the care of devoted Christians. I have come to love and respect these people and I thank God for all of them.

I delivered my baby here in December 2020. The entire staff was amazing. My delivering Dr was so nice and the nurses were so helpful and sweet. I felt comfortable with everyone I interacted with especially my primary Dr. Cofield.

My review is from 2016 which my family still talks about mainly because we wished we had said something back then. I come from a family of nurses and the nurses there at the time were the least compassionate group I had encountered in a facility. My dad passed away a few weeks after his hospitalization and my sister and I recalled the nurse saying when we asked for a private room because his roommate was coughing constantly that “if we were in a war he would be in a room with other people.” Well, uh we weren’t in a war. What kind of response is that? She also mentioned about how we should be grateful because everything is free. Very non therapeutic especially at a critical point of my father’s life and my family’s wellbeing. My father gave 20 years of his life to the Navy and to be told that while my father was in his last weeks is one of the things we remembered the most. I hope that if anyone reading this who works in the medical surgical floor to please remember that you should provide an environment of loving care and kindness. I think the staff needs to look at Jean Watson’s theory of human caring and subscribe to the 10 Caritas process. If you don’t know what they are look it up. I hope your staff learns from my experience....no one should ever feel like how we did. It hurt my family so much that we continue talking about it til this day.

Call David Grant
That depends on (why) the admittence, and how stables the patient is. Your best bet is to call and ask. ask.
Yes sir
You would have to call the Main number for the hospital.
If you don't have a military ID Card you're not going to get on the base. You don't have to be in the military you can be a dependent or a military retiree.
There is no actual tricare office there are two benefit counselors onsite who can help with any benefits questions. They are located on the 2nd floor at the Patient Service Center next to the Pharmacy/Radiology dept.
Just call Public Health. They will inform you.
In person only
Hospitals generally do not provide that service. You would need to contact the Solano County Recorder's office. https://www.solanocounty.com/depts/ar/recorder/vital_records_section/birth_death_n_marriage_records.asp
Nothing in San Jose. Sorry.
Call base operator the should have an address or can transfer you to the front desk of psych ward
Family Health Clinic has walk in hours for Active Duty members only from 0730 to 1600. Currently, the Family Medicine Residency Clinic does not have walk in hours.
The portal would be faster results. But there's a medical records Dept at all facilities, you have to fill out request. Then wait.
Yes it is. I forget the location exactly. Check with the ER first for directions
You will have to have your I.D. to get on the base... no way around it...
Have you the phone number for hospital ?do you know his CO's contact info ?
I suggest you go online and look through the many different clinics' information.
The Musculoskeletal clinic is on the first floor on the clinic side of DGMC.
There are several motels off base, as well as rooms for visiting active duty and retired military and their families on base. There is the Fisher House near DGMC for families of DGMC patients. I don't know the eligibility requirements for the Fisher House, so you should call them. That phone # should be in the base directory, as well as online.
