Frenchtown Trailers has redeemed my hope that there’s at least one great run business focused on customer service left in America. My husband and I live in North Florida. We saved up money and time to drive our dually truck to Ohio to get the only CM bed available in the US at the time, due to supply issues. We were met with warm hospitality, quick and efficient service by the install team and all of the Frenchtown staff. Mark was our sales contact throughout this project, and I cannot say enough good things about working with Mark. After getting the truck home and looking into upgrading our tires, my husband noticed an issue with the CM bed and contacted Mark. It was instantly a priority and Mark initiated work directly with CM to have this resolved through warranty. In this process my husband had to be deployed for a military trip. In working with Mark and Chris at CM we made it a goal to have this resolved with a CM shop in North Florida, by the time my husband was back from his deployment. They went above and beyond and wish I could describe the smile on my husband’s face when I could tell him thanks to Mark at Frenchtown and Chris at CM he could go pick up his truck with a new CM bed the day after he was home.
