I've had a couple interactions and each time they are grumpy and unhelpful. I kept assuming it was just an off day. I ordered a part,planning to pick it up the next day. Checked the hours and they're supposed to be open until 5:30pm. I work so that was helpful. Arrived at 5:25pm (walk in, get the part and pay) and lights were out, no-one there. I called, no voicemail, no help. I like Napa and I like local;, but the unhelpfulness is tiring. And not being there (with no notice) is just poor. I'll go elsewhere even though this is very handy.

You will be able to review your points/rewards balance and receive a $5 Welcome Reward if you link your new NAPA Rewards account to your NAPAOnline account (or create a NAPA Online account.) Online: Create a NAPA Online account and opt-in to NAPA Rewards during sign-up. NAPAOnline account members are eligible for a $5 Welcome Reward when linking a new or existing NAPA Rewards account.
NAPA Online offers product information including manufacturer, cost, availability and features. Customers can select and compare specific products like car brakes, batteries and filters. However, if you are looking for more specific information and need expertise, contact your local NAPA store.
