Beautiful grounds and their efforts to customize our experience was a bonus. Sarah walked us through every step and made a difficult experience comforting.

Completely disrespectful of visitors. Concert goers walking all over the graves and sitting in lawn chairs, "The Great Urn Return" Promo, prom photo sessions, mall walkers, dog walkers - it's just become gross. While your visiting lost family having to endure all of this nonsense when it's meant to be a comfort! Now they are building a mausoleum by the lake and changing the name of a biblical garden (of the 23rd Psalm) to Terrace on the 23rd. Sounds like an apartment building! And total sacrilege! People purchased those plots with a promise of serenity....and a biblical garden... And what about respect for grieving family members? And the decorations removal of perfectly acceptable decor is just disgusting. The prices are gouging... as well as the policies. And the funeral home and the gardens office don't communicate with one another professionally. Embarrassing!

We are currently completing the preliminaries preparing for construction - things like acquiring permits, etc. We do definitely expect that we'll break ground in the next few weeks. We will continue to update those interested via our website. Thanks for asking.
Hello Leslie. Yes, you can walk through out Arlington. We do ask that all walkers be respectful and avoid areas where a service is taking place. Thank you!
Hello Bettye. Yes, you can order Christmas Decorations to be placed for a loved on in one of the Gardens online. Visit www.amgardens.org and click on the red Christmas Decoration button in the top right corner. If you wish to have Christmas Flowers placed for a loved one in the Mausoleum, please call 513-521-7003 and ask to speak with Heather. Thank you for reaching out.
Thank you for your question. At this time we do not have a location coordinator. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact our office at 513-521-7003.
Good morning Ellen. Typically we allow the actual site to settle before seeding, which can take a few weeks. When you have a moment, please call our office (513) 521-7003 so we can get some more specific information from you and can give you a better timeline as to when seeding will take place. Thank you.
Hello David. I'm glad we spoke on the phone yesterday and today and hope we have the problem with the marker resolved. As promised, I will call you when the marker is re-installed. I apologize again for the frustration you have experienced. Thank you for reaching out so we can get this taken care of. Lisa McClain - The Arlington Memorial Gardens
Hello Karen. There are various factors involved that determine the Opening & Closing fees. May I have someone contact you to get more information so we may give you the correct amount?
Hi Robin. Thank you for your question as it is one we get frequently. Actually, one of the main reasons is the maintenance, asthetics and the overall grooming of the grounds for all our lot owners. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you if you have additional concerns. Please contact us if we can be of service.
Hello Catherine. Although The Arlington Memorial Gardens is not a National Cemetery for Veterans (the closest one to Cincinnati is in Dayton), we do have our Patriotism Garden for veterans. If they do not currently own property at Arlington, we offer a free space in that garden to the Veteran on a pre-need basis. Would you like for one of our Family Care Advisors to contact you to give you more information?
Hi Betty, Apologies for the delay in responding to your inquiry regarding the cost of a crypt in the mausoleum. It's a little more complicated that just quoting a price to you because there are variables. We have exterior locations as well as interior locations. The price points also vary depending on memorialization. Having said that, for a single crypt, the range is $6,060 to $13,300. Again, it really depends on just what your personal preferences are. Thank you for send your inquiry; let us know if we can help further - I can put you in contact with one of our Family Care Advisors, all of whom can provide extensive information. We look forward to speaking to you again!
Hi Deb, Your inquiry just popped up on my screen so I want to take a moment to respond. The short answer is we will be under construction within a few weeks. Our official Ground Breaking is scheduled for October 3rd and you may begin hearing about it on various media outlets. We expect construction to last about 10 months. There will be two buildings. One will be a Funeral Home/Celebration of Life Center and the other building will be the Cremation Tribute Center. We have been talking about a funeral home and crematorium for several years now. Building the two buildings has not been the cause of delay. The much bigger problem has been that we are essentially developing an area similar to a subdivision including new roadways, water systems, electrical systems - much more than just constructing a building. It's been a complicated process to launch. We're hoping the construction phase is much more straightforward. I hope this helps.
Ask at the center.. tney will give you a map woth it marked
Donna, In many and even most cases they can be. There are fees involved and we would need to review the location of those already interred, but generally speaking the answer is: Yes! Thanks for the asking this question given that it's probably an issue looming larger these days.
