Jessica, you may visit loved one's from dawn to dusk everyday of the week. The administration building is open from 9 to 4:30pm and 9 to 1:00pm Saturday.

Yes, every year we hold a service for the Mercy Health miscarriages. The memorial and location is on in our mausoleum complex. The babies are laid to rest in the St. Mark Mausoleum. You can go to www.gateofheaven.org, locate a loved one, and search Surnam* Mercy Last Name* Infants
Any type of flower is allowed at the grave site. We do clean the grave sites every Tuesday to prepare for mowing. If flowers were left on Monday, we would pick those up on Tuesday. If you left flowers Wednesday, the flowers would stay until Tuesday.
Tom, thank you for your question. All holiday decorations/wreaths will be removed on Wednesday the 15th.
Shannon, thank you for your inquiry. We have a couple of ways to locate a loved one. You can stop by the administration building during or after business hours and request a map. We have two kiosks in the foyer area that will allow you to print and email a location map.The email will also provide you GPS navigation to assist in locating your loved one. Also, our website, gateofheaven.org has a locate a loved one tab. This will also allow you to find a map and use GPS navigation. If there is any other assistance we can provide, feel free to cal the office at 513-489-0300.

Correct, the office is open 9am - 1pm and the cemetery grounds are open all week from dawn to dusk.
