Honestly never had any issues personally. Who I saw for my primary care was Nurse Practitioner Annette Lavender and she was awesome. I'll admit, I was a bit worried on my first visit with her because I've never seen a Nurse Practitioner before and I had preconceived notions of what I'd expect. That was shattered immediately. N.P. Lavender cut through all the BS from the rip and was like "This is what's really going on" and she was right. I respected her because she didn't suger coat anything and was real with me, 100% of the time. Any time I had a question about something, I'd just send her a message on MyChart and she or one of her medical assistants got back to me in a reasonable time frame. I honestly can't recommend her enough. The only reason I'm not seeing her anymore is because I had to leave state for family reasons. N.P. Lavender, if you read this. Thank you.

This doctor’s office has very poor communication. I would NOT recommend anyone go to this facility until changes are made. This was the worse doctor’s experience I’ve ever had. The health and well-being of patients are not taken serious. This was frustrating and upsetting.

This place is a big as a joke as it gets. From poor care and communication to blowing off it's patients. They never listen to what I say, return calls, or follow through what they say. We are definitely switching to doctors that have some form of competent knowledge.
