I have worked side by side with the guys from Salvagnini for the better part of 10yrs. The Company I work for in Louisville,KY has in excess of 15 various machine made by Salvagnini so as you can imagine I has frequent technical support issues and lots of part order transactions as well not to mention that I've met the majority of installers and Salvagnini techs over the years. That being said these guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with they are men of their craft. They are as professional as a customer could ask for.
