I'm beginning to have second thoughts about this business. Was told payment was made yesterday through Paypal. PayPal states differently, notice is sent as soon as payment is made. I called at 1:00 pm today, and was told that I'll receive payment in a couple of hours it's now 4pm, and hasn't received payment yet. Not reliable, gives false information about paying. A man's word is his bond. RUN FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! This is a failing business, and I will not be using their services again.By the way my test strips we're pick up at 10am on last Friday from Hamilton OH post office by the business. If you read reviews, folk have received bad checks from Diabetic Surplus!

I Set them a package with over $300 in supplies in March March 23rd to be precise precise Post Office says it was delivered to them but to them but they're swearing they did not get the package and I have not received my money or the package back since March 23rd I've been trying to call no one answers all the phone numbers announced to voice numbers are now going to voicemail doubting if this is a reputable company definitely not a way to do business
