The pickup service at Walmart actually works. Imagine my surprise! To pick up an online order, the customer merely parks at a designated spot, then enters the parking spot number on the app. A Walmart representative walks out with the order, and even assist in loading. Great job, Walmart!

Terrible really slow customer service desk, it's 10 people waiting in line but one lady working very patient lol this is crazy hire more people where needed, yall trash get those old people out of customer service hire younger more energized individuals who will finish the task correctly and timely and put more than one worker at the service desk slowest store

I had same problem trying to call. Inside the store cashier was fine. Customer service in a few different dept.was terrible nobody knows anything they just point and say somewhere over there. One didn't speak English and like ran away from me. When I worked in retail, markets we had a policy no pointing you had to walk with customers to the item they requested. I've actually called the store, while I was standing in a lengthy line (approximately 8 customers deep), no one answered. Their service desk is a nightmare. Wanted to return some items, couldn't do it the first 6 attempts (by choice). Each time, the line went past Subway, with only 1 employee at the desk. Store is understaffed with poor training. I do continue to shop there because I save a substantial amount of money on many grocery items.

Probably because its mostly the younger generation that runs the service desk and they don't have any customer service skills. You can't even get a smile and a how are you out of them. Its just next. And don't get me started with the pharmacy
