The only time I experienced anything like that is when I called, nobody answered, but I called back and was able to speak to an employee.
They stopped answering the phone 18 months ago you have to just go in and ask your question sucks but it's the new Norm
They won't. Just go in and talk to customer service.
They never do ever since Covid started and a lot of staff was cut. Hopefully they'll build staff up soon. Milford and Stratford are the same way.
