I had same problem trying to call. Inside the store cashier was fine. Customer service in a few different dept.was terrible nobody knows anything they just point and say somewhere over there. One didn't speak English and like ran away from me. When I worked in retail, markets we had a policy no pointing you had to walk with customers to the item they requested. A called to ask if they had an item. Was told she will check and less than a second later was told they don’t have it... so clearly she never checked.
I totally agree with that their service is a little slow and unorganized I try my best to deal with them but...
9pm phone rings for ever finally fitting rm attendent answers and said not sure if they are closed for the night! My thought is why is she still there if closed??? Customer service is not what it should be at some of these stores!
We all agree communication is very essential in departmental work place, but sometimes practical common sense is necessary, it's not everything one has to talk or walk th customers to the items they want especially work is on another customer.
