Mostly they are cooperative and welcoming. Such incidents are rear.
Sometimes it's really bad to be treated wrongly, but some customers abuse customers right by treating cashiers as if they are human beings. Therefore we need to be very careful about how we deal with our workers when a customer report them.
Well at least the lady i had was rude. I was in self check out my item didn't want to scan when she came over to me she just grab my item out off my hand very rude, my baby was with me so i didn't want problems ..
