I've been leased on with this terminal for the past 15 years or more it's had its ups and downs and it's usually been because of poor management practices but as of 2021 they hired a new manager named Brandon Mulligan who's really turned this place around and since he's been here the overall morale of the majority of employees has really improved not to mention this is one of the quickest and easiest Depots to pick up or return equipment to.

A driver (#105) nearly killed me on my motorcycle this morning and then proceeded to flip me off. He has my riding in between him and another car on the dotted white lines on the highway.

My husband has worked for this company for a year. They have forced him to train new employees (one of which did not know how to drive a manual 10 speed, he not only trained on procedures, he taught them to drive). He asked for compensation for the training and it was a difficult negotiation. When he put in his vacation time request it was approved but not processed for payment ( because his terminal manager “didn’t know that he wanted to be paid”). When he called the payroll department in Louisville, they refused to give him any information about his pay saying needed to call his terminal manager. She also proceeded to argue with him about when he is supposed to get paid ( we bank with a credit union that releases deposits early when the funds are released). I called back on his behalf and asked to speak to Human Resources and the same lady said she handled that department as well. She then proceeded to argue with me when I tried to explain to her he just wanted to know if his pay had been processed. After he spoke to the terminal manager who straightened the mess out, he issued him a com cheque which he had to cash at his own expense of $21 to get his money. He also was informed that he was not allowed to call payroll or Human Resources anymore. This was all on Christmas Eve. So…. If you are looking for a place that conducts itself with professionalism, respect for its employees and does not practice discrimination, this place is not the job for you.
