Initially, I was excited about this opportunity to that the recruiter from Insight Global discussed with me. After sending my resume and references after 2 phone calls I hadn’t heard back from the recruiter and they let me know that the client they were hiring for went with someone else. Well the next week I got a text saying “sorry for the delay, working with the client and they would like to interview you.” Had an interview set up for 2 weeks ago on 5/19/22 and they Client had to reschedule. No big deal, I get it. I haven’t heard from the Insight Global Recruiter or Account Manager for 2 weeks and it’s disappointing to leave someone in the dark. I know it’s not completely their fault but they could do better.

A recruiter contacted me regarding a job. I told him I was interested and sent him my resume. I never heard back. This is not the first time that I have experienced this with Insight Global. The recruiters I dealt with did not do a good job following up.
